Tak terasa waktu telah bergulir dengan cepat. Alice (Mia Wasikowska) kini telah berusia 19 tahun dan melupakan segala petualangan yang sempat ia alami ketika masih kecil. Alice tak akan ingat jika saja petualangan itu tak datang lagi kepadanya tepat ketika ia sedang berada di sebuah pesta.
